## Summary

Clean Water Act violations identified at the Aqueduct Racetrack, a CAFO, operated by the Defendant. The Consent Decree requires the implementation of a Process Wastewater Elimination Plan which includes training, standard operating procedures and oversight of horse washing activities. The Consent Decree also requires that the Defendant install, activate and operate a telemetry monitoring system to detect dry weather flows in the storm sewers as well as implement a stormwater webpage on it's public website for posting weekly inspections and compliance reports (Next Gen components). The Consent Decree also requires the completion of a SEP and penalty payment. The SEP includes the planting of 62 native trees at the Belmont Racetrack to receive and reduce stormwater runoff from CAFO operations.
