On March 17, 2016, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by Triumph Structures at its facility in Everett, WA. EPA alleged that Triumph failed to submit a chemical release report to the Toxics Release Inventory. The company has returned to compliance and agreed to pay a $15,190 penalty.
