This action is to implement the Safe Drinking Water Act. The State has referred this System for EPA enforcement due to System recalcitrance with State actions, the Systems has also failed to comply with the provisions of two (2) NOV and Information Requests and an Administrative Order. This Administrative Order will address all current violations, develop a schedule for full compliance, and require treatment system repairs and modifications.
