Hydro-Photon Inc. (Importer of Record) is considered to be in violation of FIFRA concerning importation of a misbranded pesticide device. The pesticide in this shipment, SteriPEN , is a UV water purifier not properly labeled for sale/distribution in the USA. As a result, the shipment was denied entry into the USA.
