On June 2, 2016, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Rapid Repair, LLC located in Anchorage, Alaska for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. The EPA alleged that Rapid Repair, LLC failed to become a certified firm or renovator before offering to perform or perform renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $640.
