This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the City of Cleveland, Ohio. This settlement provides for the performance of a removal action by respondent and the payment of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the Former CPP Power Plant Superfund Site generally located at 5251 North Marginal Road in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
