On June 20, 2016, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement to address violations of the Clean Water Act by TPC Brooklyn Park Investors. Respondent, which is an operator at the Eagle Lake Subdivision Construction Site in Idaho, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. without a permit or authorization under the CWA. The company agreed to pay a $1,500 penalty.
