On March 31, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to CertainTeed Water System located in Sulphur, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of of the Ground Water Rule. The AO requires CertainTeed Water System to complete construction and come into compliance with the SDWA.
