Respondent was found replacing windows on target housing without testing for lead based paint or employing lead safe work practices. Respondent was found to be a microbusiness under the existing RRP microbusiness policy, and agreed to a penalty to settle the following violations: (1) Failure to provide the homeowner the Renovate Right pamphlet (2) Failure to post signs, (3) Failure to assign a certified renovator, (4) Failure to contain waste during transport, (5) Failure to collect all paint chips and debris and seal in a heavy duty bag, and (6) Failure to maintain records documenting compliance with the RRP Rule.
