This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Roebbelen Contracting, Inc (Respondent), of El Dorado Hills, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Lead Based Paint requirements regarding offering to perform renovation for compensation in a child-occupied facility without proper certification. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $3,000 to settle the matter.
