Inc (Respondent) of California, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( FIFRA ) at its Lindsay, CA and Terra Bella,Ca facilities. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $33,040 to settle the matter.
