EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Penalty Order (APO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309(g) of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to the Georgia-Pacific, LLC for violations at facility located in Crossett,AR. The APO was issued in response to NPDES Permit violations. The APO proposes a monetary penalty in the amount of $10,000.
