On June 7, 2016, Region 10 issued an administrative order on consent to William C. Nelson, Jr. and the Estate of Barbara Nelson to resolve Clean Water Act violations in Redmond, Washington. Respondent violated the CWA Section 301 by discharging an unspecified quantity of dredged and/or fill material into wetlands and other waters of the United States without a Department of the Army CWA Section 404 permit. The Consent Order requires Respondent to submit to EPA for review and approval a Fill Removal Work Plan. Respondent is required to implement the EPA-approved Plan.
