This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and PoolRx Worldwide, Inc. (Respondent), of Irvine, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Rodenticide and Fungicide Act (FIFRA) regulations. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $11,300 to settle the matter.
