This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Urban X Renewables Group, Inc. (Respondent) of Long Beach, CA for alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Act regulations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $3,725 to settle the matter.
