Respondent owns/operates a municipal waste water treatment plant located in the city of Baton Rouge, LA. The Administrative Order is issued for violations of the 2001 Consent Decree, modified in 2009, as well as the NPDES permit. Respondent has until June 17, 2016 to respond to the AO.
