This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) and Northern Indiana Public Service Company. This settlement provides for the performance of a removal action by Respondent and the payment of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the Town of Pines Groundwater Plume Site (the Site) generally located at numerous residential, municipal, and other properties within or near the Town of Pines, Porter County, Indiana.
