## Summary

This ACO addresses violations regarding the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Area Source Standards for Nine Metal Fabrication and Finishing Source Categories (Subpart 6X) and the Illinois State Implementation Plan.  Specifically, Anderson Shumaker Company (Anderson) failed to perform visual determination of fugitive emissions, demonstrate initial compliance, prepare and submit the required Annual Compliance Certification and Notification of Compliance Status reports for certain emission units, failed to obtain construction permits prior to commencing construction for some of its air emission sources and failed to modify its operating permit.  This ACO requires Anderson to comply with all applicable requirements of the NESHAP, Subpart 6X, and addresses the violations set forth in the NOV/FOV issued to Anderson on May 29, 2015.
