This Administrative Order pertains to the property located at Otsego Township Dam Area Allied Paper Inc./Portage Creek/Kalamazoo River Superfund Site. This order requires Respondents to conduct removal actions described herein to abate an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health or welfare or the environment that may be presented by the actual or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the site.
