The Respondent repackages/re-labels pesticides from a facility located in College Point, New York. The Respondent sold and/or distributed containers of Root Gobbler, a misbranded pesticidal product from its facility and submitted erroneous and false information on the 2011 and 2012 annual pesticide-producing establishment reports.
In order to comply, the Respondent became a supplemental registrant.
