EPA conducted an inspection at the LaMer Phase VI construction site on February 2, 2016 and identified violations of the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) 5G3 - Construction Activity Storm Water General Permit (CGP), including failure to implement the erosion & sediment control and waste control components of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP), and failure to conduct site inspections in accordance with the requirements in the CGP. The Order requires the Respondent to comply with the terms and conditions of the CGP.
