This Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) was negotiated between the Respondent and EPA in follow up to SDWA-02-2015-8018. The injunctive relief of this action considers implementing corrective action in response to reports and inspections completed as a result of AO SDWA-02-2015-8018. The AOC places the system on a schedule to address outstanding violations including failure to address abandoned/nonproductive wells, failure to provide auxiliary power, have firm capacity at specific locations and correct or provide a plan to address significant deficiencies including evaluation of storage tanks and correction of significant deficiencies identified at the storage tanks.
