The relief requested includes: (1) provide operation and maintenance to the wastewater collection system; (2) conduct pre-treatment inspections to local food establishments; (3) build a new sanitary pump station and new sanitary trunk sewer; (4) build storage tank(s) and (5) haul sewage to the wastewater treatment plant.
