CERCLA cost recovery consent decree in an action against the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and J. Daniel Stevens, Trustee for the Fifam Trust, at the North Salt Lake Hazmat Site in Utah. The EPA-lead removal activities at the North Salt Lake Hazmat site in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, were completed in 2016. DOD/DLA will pay cost recovery amount (approximately 50% of EPA?s removal response costs) for responding to the release or threat of release of hazardous substances under CERCLA.
