On May 10, 2016, EPA Region III filed a Consent Agreement that alleges violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and its implementing regulations, that simultaneously initiated and resolved the matter. Nemacolin Country Club has agreed to pay a penalty of Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($2675.00) to settle the matter concerning distribution in commerce of PCBs from its facility located at 3100 National Pike West, Beallsville, PA 15313.
