On August 3, 2016, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with Richard Deveraux, the owner of underground storage tanks at North Portland Express Care in Portland, Oregon to address underground storage tank rule violations. Respondent placed the tanks in temporary out of use status, provided a copy of financial responsibility documentation and conducted a corrosion protection test on the tank systems. Respondent agreed to pay a $16,407 penalty.
