This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Scooter Importer LLC (Respondent) of Alameda, CA for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Respondent has paid a civil administrative penalty of $2,700 to resolve this action.
