This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Newport Oil Company (respondent) of Newport Beach, CA, for alleged violations under the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention regulations. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $7,000 to settle this action.
