## Summary

On August 31, 2016, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with Dreamstate, Inc., Bottle Bay Resort Marina, the owner of underground storage tanks (USTs) at a facility in Sagle, Idaho, to address underground storage tank violations.
