On July 16, 2016, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order to address violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) by Arnprior Aerospace Portland at its facility in Portland, Oregon for failure to submit the required reports to the Toxics Release Inventory from 2011 through 2014. The company agreed to pay a $68,200 penalty.
