On September 16, 2016, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by Simonds International, LLC. at its facility in Portland, Oregon. EPA alleged that the company failed to report releases of nickel from its facility to the Toxics Release Inventory.
