On May 10, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to the TPLUBB LLC (Respondent)and new owner of the Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park (MHP). On April 4, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued the original AO to Mr. Jack Reed, doing business as Pecan Grove MHP,for violations at its water system located in Lubbock, Texas. On or about August 6, 2015, the PWS was conveyed by Mr. John Reed to TPLBB LLC (hereinafter ?Respondent?). On October 21, 2015, Respondent submitted a plan with a construction schedule to EPA Region 6. This AO incorporates the compliance deadline extension request submitted by the Respondent in their compliance plan and it extends the project's compliance deadline to September 12, 2016.
