On May 26, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (Plan Implementation AO) to TPLUBB LLC (Respondent), the new owner of the Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park (MHP) located in Lubbock, Texas. On February 10, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued the original AO to Mr. Jack Reed, doing business as Pecan Grove MHP,for violations at its water system. On or about August 6, 2015, the Public Water System was conveyed by Mr.Reed to TPLUBB LLC(hereinafter ?Respondent?). On October 21, 2015, Respondent submitted a plan with a construction schedule to EPA Region 6. This AO incorporates the compliance deadline extension request submitted by the Respondent in their compliance plan and extends this project's compliance deadline to September 12, 2016.
