On May 26, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (Plan Implementation AO) to TPLUBB LLC (Respondent)and new owner of the Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park (MHP), located in Lubbock, TX. On April 10, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued the original AO to Mr. Jack Reed, doing business as Pecan Grove MHP, for violations at his water system located in Lubbock, TX.
On or about August 6, 2015, the PWS was conveyed by John Reed to TPLUBB LLC. On October 21, 2015, the TPLUBB Respondent submitted a plan with a construction schedule to EPA Region 6. This AO incorporates the compliance deadline extension request submitted by the TPLUBB Respondent in his compliance plan.This AO extends this project's compliance deadline to September 12, 2016.
