The United States in its Complaint seeks reimbursement of costs incurred by EPA and the Department of Justice for response actions at the Ottawa Township Flat Glass Site, located in LaSalle County, Illinois, in and around portions of
the Village of Naplate and the City of Ottawa, Illinois, together with accrued interest; and performance of response actions by the Settling Defendant at the Operable Unit No. 3 of the Site.
