EPA conducted an on-site Data Quality inspection on October 20, 2015 to review the required documentation regarding the filing of Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (TRI) Form A or Form R reports under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. It was determined that Form A reports had been submitted in error for certain glycol ethers, polychlorinated alkanes, and zinc compounds. It was also determined that the company had filed a late TRI Form A report for ethylene glycol in 2011.
