On July 14, 2016, EPA issued an administrative order on consent for removal activities to Allison Ranch Ministries Foundation, Inc. (Allison Ranch) at its property located on the shores of Payette Lake in Valley County, Idaho.  A sheen on the lake was discovered on June 13, 2016, and traced back to the subsurface of the property.   Allison Ranch is working to remove the oil contaminated soils and sediments and abate the discharge of oil on Payette Lake.
