This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) between US EPA and Prototron Circuits Southwest, Inc. (Respondent) of Tucson, Arizona, for violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements for Hazardous Waste. Respondent was required to pay a civil administrative penalty of $4,000 to resolve this action.
