EPA issued an Administrative Compliance Order on June 10, 2016 to require the Respondent to address the illicit discharges of pollutants (sewage) into Waters of the United States that causes exceedances of the Puerto Rico Water Quality Standards at the three stormwater pump stations located in Playa Ward, and its failure to implement the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (Small MS4 Permit).
