This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and County of Kings, California (Respondent), for Respondent's violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $9,200 to settle the matter.
