This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and the US Dept. of the Navy (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) at its ship repair facility located on the former U.S. Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Naval Base Guam (aka Guam Shipyard), in Santa Rita, Guam.
Respondent is required to pay a civil administrative penalty of $ 80,680 to settle this matter.
