This is an Administrative Settlement Agreement (ASA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Lil Pick Up, Inc. of Rowland Heights, Calif., for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Lil Pick Up has paid a civil administrative penalty of $7,000 and will destroy or export the 1,051 violative vehicles to a country other than Canada, Mexico or any U.S. Territories.
