This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against CMT USA Industrial, Inc. of Long Beach, California, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). CMT USA Industrial, Inc. has paid a civil administrative penalty of $4,400 and has exported the 252 violative vehicles to a country other than Canada, Mexico or to any U.S. Territories, to resolve this action.
