Electronic Plating was issued a Section 114 Information Request on January 28, 2016. The company received the request on March 2, 2016. The company was required to respond to the Section 114 request within 21 days. EPA contacted the company on March 23, 2016 and resent the 114 on March 24, 2016. The company still failed to respond the 114 so EPA is issuing this unilateral Administrative Order requiring the company to submit the required information.
