This is an Administrative Order on Consent between US EPA and Pitman Farms, Inc. (Respondent), of Sanger, California, for Respondent's violations of the Clean Air Act Section 112(r) Risk Management Plan requirements. This Order requires Respondent to take measures and perform work to correct noncompliance, provide status reports until all required work is complete, and to certify to EPA as to full compliance with the Order.
