Custer/Mount Rushmore KOA operates a large capacity septic system. The intent of this Administrative Order on Consent is to have Custer/Mount Rushmore enlarge the capacity of the its septic system so that is adequately treats the facility's waste water. Custer/Mount Rushmore KOA will complete this work no later than October 31, 2016.
