This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Xcalibur, Inc. (Respondent), of Chino, California, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Respondent has paid a civil administrative penalty of $13,300 for the import of 148 uncertified motorcycles must export the violative vehicles to a country other than Canada, Mexico or any U.S. Territories, to resolve this action.
