## Summary

On September 26, 2016, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to address Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) violations at its facility in Juneau, Alaska.  Respondent failed to perform hazardous waste determinations, stored hazardous waste without a permit, and failed to label containers of used oil.
