EPA issued a Finding of Violation to Cincinnati Thermal Spray (CTS) on April 6, 2016. During an inspection conducted by EPA, inspectors noted that CTS failed to comply with the recordkeeping and management practices required by 40 CFR pt. 63, subpart WWWWWW (NESHAP WWWWWW) for thermal spraying operations. In the ACO, CTS agrees to follow the best management practices and to generate the records required by NESHAP WWWWWW.
