This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Innovative Energy Solutions Corp. (Respondent) of Upland, California, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). CMT USA Industrial, Inc. has paid a civil administrative penalty of $4,200 and has exported the 78 violative vehicles to a country other than Canada, Mexico or to any U.S. Territories, to resolve this action.
